From All projects, click New project and enter your domain. SeoPiece analyzes the site and asks a few questions about your niche, brand voice, and audience — this context is used for every article it writes for this project afterward.

The Content Planner generates your first set of Topics (pillars) and Keywords (clusters) automatically. You can watch progress on the new Dashboard tab — it shows exactly which onboarding step you're on and what to do next.

Every stage — researching keywords, writing, scheduling, and publishing — runs automatically on its own once it's configured, but you can hand over as much or as little as you like. You always keep control: reject keywords, reschedule or write articles on demand, and edit or unpublish anything SeoPiece wrote.

A Topic (pillar) is a broad subject area your site should own — the kind of category Google expects to see covered. A Keyword (cluster) is a specific, searchable phrase under that topic that a real article gets written for. Together they form your topical map, visible under Keywords → Topical Graph.

Real keyword research (via DataForSEO) runs on a schedule and lands in the Research Queue tab with actual search volume, difficulty, and search intent — nothing is guessed by AI. A second, independent source pulls "striking distance" suggestions straight from your real Search Console data once it's connected.

Open Keywords → Research Queue. Approving moves it onto your topical map as a real cluster (this is what the content engine picks from); rejecting discards it. Nothing gets written for a keyword until it's approved.

Yes — on the Keyword Map tab, use Add a keyword manually, pick a topic to place it under, and it's immediately available to be scheduled or written, no approval step needed since it's already your own decision.

It searches for topics competitors in your niche cover that your project doesn't have yet, and adds any it finds to your Research Queue for review — it doesn't add anything to your map without your approval. Running it uses 1 credit for the whole scan, regardless of how many topics are checked.

Each article goes through Research → Draft → Verify before it's ever shown to you. Research pulls real source pages for the keyword; the draft is written grounded in those sources; verification checks that its factual claims actually match what the sources say. You can watch the live stage and progress percentage on an in-progress article.

It's the anti-hallucination step: factual claims in the draft are checked against the real source pages that were scraped for that article, and the verified-claim ratio is recorded. Articles with real cited sources (visible on the article page) are the whole point of SeoPiece over a plain "type a prompt" AI writer.

1 credit per article, deducted the moment generation starts (see Transaction history under Billing for a full ledger). If generation fails partway through, the credit is automatically refunded — you're never charged for a broken article.

Yes — click Write now next to any keyword on the Keyword Map. It jumps the queue and starts within about a minute, ignoring the days/hours set in your publishing schedule. You can even write another article for a keyword that already has one — SeoPiece automatically avoids repeating a title it's already used.

Researching / Drafting / Verifying — still being written. Ready for review — finished and waiting for your approval (or auto-publish, if you've turned that on). Published — live on your site. Failed — something went wrong; your credit was refunded and you can retry from Keywords.

Yes, open any article from your Articles list to edit the title, content, or meta description before approving it. The Content checklist panel on that page also shows related terms competitors use, so you can strengthen coverage before publishing.

Drag any keyword from the Keywords panel onto a date to make it the next one written, ahead of everything else in the queue. This only decides which keyword goes first — the content engine still only actually runs during the days and hours set in your Publishing Schedule.

The Calendar controls order — which keyword gets written next. The Publishing Schedule (in Settings) controls when the engine is allowed to run at all — which days of the week, what time, and how many articles per day. Both need to be set for a fully automated pipeline.

It fills the calendar for you, picking your best unscheduled keywords by opportunity score and spreading them across the days configured in your Publishing Schedule, at the pace (keywords per week) you choose.

Go to Connections, and use an Application Password rather than your login password — generate one in WordPress under Users → Profile → Application Passwords. SeoPiece never sees or stores your real WordPress password.

You can still use SeoPiece fully for research and writing — just copy the finished article over to your CMS manually from the article page instead of connecting a live integration.

On the Connections page, Connect with Facebook handles Facebook Pages and any linked Instagram Business account in one login — no copying tokens by hand. Telegram is connected by pasting a bot token and chat ID instead.

It's pushed to your connected CMS, then a tailored post is repurposed and distributed to each connected social platform automatically. If one platform fails, it doesn't block the others — each channel has its own status.

Usually an expired token or changed credentials. After several failed attempts in a row on the same connection, SeoPiece stops retrying and flags it on your Dashboard — reconnect on the Connections page to resume.

Your plan grants a set number of credits each billing cycle. Every article generated (whether scheduled or written on demand) uses 1 credit. Every credit movement — grants, spends, refunds — is recorded in a transparent ledger under Billing → Transaction history.

If you run multiple projects, credits can be allocated to a specific project or left in a shared account-level pool. By default a project can draw from the shared pool automatically if its own balance runs out; you can turn that off in Project Settings to hard-limit a project to only its own allocated credit.

New articles simply won't start until more credit is available — nothing else about your account is affected. Your Dashboard will flag this under Recommendations so it doesn't happen silently.

From Billing, upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you already paid for. You can cancel at any time from the same page.

Real ranking, click, and impression data on the Analytics page, plus "striking distance" keyword suggestions — queries already ranking just outside page 1, which are usually the fastest wins.

Queries your site already ranks for at position 11–20 in Google — right below page 1 — with real impressions behind them. These are treated as a stronger signal than any AI guess, because your site is already visible for them; a small content improvement can push them onto page 1.

The bell in your dashboard tells you when a content plan is ready, an article is ready for review, keyword research needs review, or a connection starts failing — configurable per event in Notification Settings.

Yes — add your Telegram Chat ID in Notification Settings and send a test message to confirm it's working. You'll get the same event types there as in the in-app bell.

WordPress Application Passwords and OAuth tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they're ever stored, never in plain text. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

From Project Settings you can pause a project (keeps everything, stops the content engine) or delete it permanently. Pausing is reversible any time; deleting is not.
