Terms of Service

Your account
You need an account to use SeoPiece. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to sign up — generally, 18 or older.
Subscriptions and credits
SeoPiece runs on a credit system: each plan includes a set number of credits per billing cycle, and generating an article spends one. Unused credits do not carry over indefinitely — they reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing; changes to a lower tier take effect at the end of the current cycle so you keep what you already paid for.
What you can publish
You're responsible for the content that gets published to your site, even though SeoPiece drafts it. Don't use SeoPiece to generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is intended to deceive or spam, or is used for a site whose primary purpose is to manipulate search rankings in a way that violates the destination platform's own policies (for example, Google's spam policies). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that clearly violate this.
About AI-generated content
Articles are drafted by AI, grounded in real research and checked against real sources — we explain exactly how on our homepage. That said, no automated system is infallible. We show you a fact-check ratio and quality score on every article, and low-scoring drafts hold for your review instead of publishing automatically, precisely so you stay in control. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes — no one honestly can, since ranking also depends on factors outside any tool's control (competition, your site's overall authority, algorithm changes, and more).
Content ownership
Once an article is generated for your project, it's yours — you own the content we produce for you and can publish, edit, or take it down however you like. We don't reuse your project's content for any other customer.
Connected accounts
When you connect WordPress, Google Search Console, Facebook, or Instagram, you're granting SeoPiece permission to act on your behalf within that integration (publishing posts, reading performance data) until you disconnect it. You can revoke access at any time from Settings.
Service availability
We aim to keep SeoPiece running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — third-party services we depend on (AI providers, search data providers, your own WordPress host) can occasionally have outages outside our control.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Deleting a project removes it from active use — historical billing records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
SeoPiece is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost traffic arising from your use of the service — our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll post an update here and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
